These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services offered by Cuyabeno Wildlife Center®, a registered brand within the SoySur Travel Group. Cuyabeno Wildlife Center® specializes in jungle tours and expeditions within the Cuyabeno Reserve area of Ecuador, as well as providing tailor-made itineraries and private services in the rest of Ecuador. By booking with Cuyabeno Wildlife Center®, you agree to adhere to the following terms:
1. Booking Confirmation: Your booking is confirmed once Cuyabeno Wildlife Center® receives a deposit or full payment. Upon confirmation, you will receive a booking confirmation email containing essential details within 24 hours.
2. Booking, Payment and Cancellation Policy: Cancellation policies, booking terms, and payment conditions may vary depending on the type of service. For more details, please review our [Cancellation Policy for Regular Tours] and [Cancellation Policy for Expedition Tours & Private Services].
3. Insurance: As a part of our commitment to ensuring your peace of mind throughout your travel experience, we strongly advise and encourage the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance. Travel insurance provides coverage for a wide range of unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during your trip, including but not limited to trip cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss or delay, and other unexpected events. By obtaining travel insurance, you safeguard yourself against financial losses and mitigate risks associated with travel disruptions. While we take every precaution to ensure the smooth operation of our tours, having travel insurance offers an additional layer of protection and assurance.
4. Personal Belongings: Cuyabeno Wildlife Center® is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, including but not limited to cameras, electronic devices, clothing, and valuables, during the tour. It is your responsibility to safeguard your belongings at all times and to ensure that they are securely stored when not in use.
5. Responsibility Release: While every effort is made to ensure the safety and enjoyment of our guests, Cuyabeno Wildlife Center®. will not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, delay, inconvenience, or other irregularity resulting from:

- Force majeure or any other event beyond our control.
- The actions or negligence of any third-party service providers.
- Your failure to comply with instructions or travel documentation requirements.
6. Acceptance of Risk and Health Disclaimer: While engaging in activities organized by Cuyabeno Wildlife Center®, it’s crucial to recognize and acknowledge the inherent risks associated with jungle expeditions and tours. These include potential exposure to wildlife, insects, adverse weather conditions, rough terrain, and physical exertion. Ensuring your physical fitness to partake in these activities is paramount. By booking with Cuyabeno Wildlife Center®, you accept these risks and agree to release Cuyabeno Wildlife Center® and its affiliates from any liability for any medical emergencies, injuries, illnesses, or allergic reactions that may arise during the tour. It’s strongly advised to seek guidance from a medical professional and obtain necessary vaccinations and medications prior to embarking on your journey.
In the tragic event of death during the tour, Cuyabeno Wildlife Center® bears no responsibility for circumstances leading to or resulting from the demise, encompassing accidents, illnesses, or unforeseen incidents. The estate and heirs of the deceased hereby release and discharge Cuyabeno Wildlife Center®, its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims or liabilities stemming from the incident. This extends to indemnifying and absolving Cuyabeno Wildlife Center® from legal actions, damages, or expenses incurred due to the death. This release of responsibility holds legal weight and applies comprehensively, binding the estate, heirs, and assigns of the deceased.
7. Environmental Conservation: As a guest of Cuyabeno Wildlife Center®, you agree to respect and adhere to all environmental conservation guidelines and regulations set forth by the local authorities and the tour guides. This includes but is not limited to refraining from littering, damaging vegetation, disturbing wildlife, or engaging in any activities that may harm the natural ecosystem. Cuyabeno Wildlife Center® reserves the right to terminate your participation in the tour if you fail to comply with these guidelines.
8. Data Privacy Statement:

10. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ecuador.
By booking with Cuyabeno Wildlife Center®, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Cuyabeno Wildlife Center® reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes.
