We strongly advise and encourage the purchase of comprehensive travel insurance. Travel insurance provides coverage for unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during your trip, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, baggage loss or delay, and other unexpected events.

By obtaining travel insurance, you safeguard yourself against financial losses and mitigate risks associated with travel disruptions. While we take every precaution to ensure the smooth operation of our tours, having travel insurance offers an additional layer of protection and assurance.

Cuyabeno Wildlife Center® is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings, including cameras, electronic devices, clothing, and valuables, during the tour.

It is your responsibility to safeguard your belongings at all times and to ensure that they are securely stored when not in use.

By booking with us, you accept these risks and agree to release Cuyabeno Wildlife Center® from any liability for medical emergencies, injuries, illnesses, or allergic reactions arising during the tour.

In the tragic event of death during the tour, Cuyabeno Wildlife Center® bears no responsibility for circumstances leading to the demise. The estate and heirs of the deceased hereby release Cuyabeno Wildlife Center® from any claims or liabilities. This release holds legal weight and applies comprehensively.

As a guest of Cuyabeno Wildlife Center®, you agree to respect and adhere to all environmental conservation guidelines and regulations set forth by local authorities and our tour guides. This includes:

• Refraining from littering or damaging vegetation
• Not disturbing wildlife or engaging in activities that harm the natural ecosystem
• Following all guide instructions regarding wildlife and environmental protection
