In order to process a booking, we will need to receive complete information from each participant. When sending us your information, you certify that all your details are real. We will not take any responsibility in case of omission or non-disclosure of key information related to your health or other important information that could potentially affect your experience with us.

We will process your booking within 24 hours of receiving it.

Full payment is required in order to confirm your booking. Payment can be made through our website at cuyabenowildlifecenter.com or using an alternative method indicated by one of our representatives.

We will send your booking confirmation including all necessary details once we have received full payment.

We understand that unexpected situations and sudden changes of plans can occur. Therefore, we offer the chance to reschedule your tour free of charge up to 72 hours (3 days) prior to the original starting date of your tour. Please note that the new date will be subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee you will get your desired starting date.

Last-Minute Changes: If you request a change within the 72 hours (3 days) prior to the starting date of your itinerary, we will not be able to accept it immediately. We will internally review your request and get back to you with the best possible solution. A change with such short notice might incur extra expenses. Your agent will evaluate and discuss the most convenient alternative with you.

Additional Changes: The first change of date is free of charge. If you require another change, there will be a 25 USD administrative fee per booking per additional change.

If you choose to cancel your booking while our operations are ongoing, and we can assure that the tour operation will be feasible for you and other travelers, the following policy will be enforced.

The original booking date will be used to calculate the refund percentage. External and extraordinary circumstances beyond our control will not affect the validity of these policies.

• 30+ days before: 0% cancellation fee - 35 USD administrative fee per person. Refund issued for the remainder.
• 29–8 days before: 40% cancellation fee. Refund: 60% of total booking.
• 7–3 days before: 75% cancellation fee. Refund: 25% of total booking.
• Within 48 hours or no-show: 100% cancellation fee. No refund entitlement.

Mid-Trip Cancellation: If you choose to cancel your trip midway, no refund will be provided for the unused portion. Any additional services or activities arranged during your stay will be charged at the guest's own cost.

We strongly advise our visitors to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that can cover unexpected situations and cancellations.

In the event that we are compelled to cancel your itinerary, we confirm that the operation of your itinerary will not be feasible. Such cancellations may arise from either external or internal circumstances.

Before proceeding with cancellation, we will:

• Provide you with a suitable alternative to continue with your travel arrangements
• If this alternative is not suitable, reimburse you for the paid amount in the same manner as the original transaction

Please be aware that refunds in extraordinary and unforeseen situations will not be immediately approved. We reserve the right to apply alternative forms of compensation, such as credit notes or partial refunds.
