When sending us your information, you certify that all your details are real. We will not take any responsibility in case of omission or non-disclosure of key information related to your health or other important information that could potentially affect your experience with us.<br data-start=\"1089\" data-end=\"1092\" \/>\u2022 Once we receive your booking, we will process it within 24 hours.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1163\" data-end=\"1625\"><strong data-start=\"1163\" data-end=\"1184\">2. Payment Policy<\/strong><br data-start=\"1184\" data-end=\"1187\" \/>\u2022 A deposit per person is required to hold and guarantee your booking. You may also choose to pay in full if this is more convenient for you.<br data-start=\"1339\" data-end=\"1342\" \/>\u2022 All outstanding balances must be paid 30 days prior to the tour&#8217;s start date. If this is not the case, your tour will not take place and will be considered a no-show.<br data-start=\"1510\" data-end=\"1513\" \/>\u2022 We will send your booking confirmation including all necessary details once we have received a full payment.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1627\" data-end=\"2591\"><strong data-start=\"1627\" data-end=\"1662\">3. Change &amp; Cancellation Policy<\/strong><br data-start=\"1662\" data-end=\"1665\" \/><strong data-start=\"1665\" data-end=\"1681\">3.1. Changes<\/strong><br data-start=\"1681\" data-end=\"1684\" \/>\u2022 We understand that unexpected situations and sudden changes of plans can occur. Therefore, we offer the chance to reschedule your tour free of charge up to 168 hours (7 days) prior to the original starting date of your tour. Please note that the new date will be subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee you will get your desired starting date.<br data-start=\"2038\" data-end=\"2041\" \/>\u2022 If you request a change within the 168 hours (7 days) prior to the starting date of your itinerary, we will not be able to accept it immediately. We will internally review your request and get back to you with the best possible solution. Please keep in mind that a change with such short notice might incur extra expenses. Your agent will evaluate and discuss the most convenient alternative with you.<br data-start=\"2444\" data-end=\"2447\" \/>\u2022 The first change of date is free of charge. If you require another change, there will be a 25 USD administrative fee per booking per change.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2593\" data-end=\"4153\"><strong data-start=\"2593\" data-end=\"2615\">3.2. Cancellations<\/strong><br data-start=\"2615\" data-end=\"2618\" \/>Sometimes, rescheduling may not be possible, and therefore, we will have to face and opt for a cancellation. We have divided this section into two parts: Cancellation by the traveller and Cancellation by Cuyabeno Wildlife Center\u00ae. In both situations, we strongly advise our visitors to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that can cover unexpected situations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"2593\" data-end=\"4153\"><strong>Cancellation by the traveller:<\/strong> If you choose to cancel your booking while our operations are ongoing, and we can assure that the tour operation will be feasible for you and other travelers, the following policy will be enforced. External and extraordinary circumstances beyond our control will not affect the validity of these policies. In the event of cancellation on your end, we will consistently use the original booking date to calculate the refund percentage.<br data-start=\"3449\" data-end=\"3452\" \/>\u2022 Cancellations made 30 days prior to the tour&#8217;s starting date incur a 0% cancellation fee over the total booking. A refund will be issued, minus a nonrefundable fee of 150 USD per person.<br data-start=\"3648\" data-end=\"3651\" \/>\u2022 For cancellations received between 29 and 16 days prior to the tour&#8217;s starting date, a 50% cancellation fee over the total booking will be applied, entitling you to a 50% refund.<br data-start=\"3831\" data-end=\"3834\" \/>\u2022 For cancellations received between 15 and 01 days prior to the tour&#8217;s starting date will incur a 100% cancellation fee over the total booking, with no refund entitlement.<br data-start=\"4006\" data-end=\"4009\" \/>\u2022 A no-show will incur a 100% cancellation fee over the total booking, with no refund entitlement.<br \/>\u2022 If you choose to cancel your trip midway, no refund will be provided for the unused portion.<\/p>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"4155\" data-end=\"4874\"><strong>Cancellation by Cuyabeno Wildlife Center\u00ae:<\/strong> In the event that we are compelled to cancel your itinerary, we confirm that the operation of your itinerary will not be feasible. Such cancellations may arise from either external or internal circumstances. Before proceeding with cancellation, we will provide you with a suitable alternative to continue with your travel arrangements. If this alternative is not suitable, we will reimburse you for the paid amount in the same manner as the original transaction. Please be aware that refunds in extraordinary and unforeseen situations will not be immediately approved.
