- Although our tours are promoted as all-inclusive, there are certain charges that must be paid on-site, such as for alcoholic drinks, transportation to and from our meeting point, and tips. These charges are clearly mentioned on our website.
- A regular tour is a guided trip within the Cuyabeno Reserve with a set schedule, specific departure dates, and route, following a pre-determined itinerary. It is typically conducted with a small group of travelers.
- An expedition tour is a guided trip with a flexible schedule, allowing for open choice of departures and a customized route based on our offered itinerary and within the possibilities of the operation. These tours are usually operated in the deeper areas of the Cuyabeno Reserve and are typically conducted for a private group of travelers.
- Even though we strive to keep our groups as small as possible, during the high season (June to August), the number of travelers per group can increase to up to 14. However, during the low season (September to May), the group size can decrease to 6 persons per guide. That’s why we use the average as a reference.
- One of our main characteristics is that we offer shared rooms with low beds, unlike our competitors where you often have to share bunk beds in dormitories with up to 8 people. We aim to accommodate a maximum of 3 persons in our shared rooms. However, during the high season (June to August), the number of travelers per shared room can increase to up to 4. Conversely, during the low season (September to May), the group size can decrease to 2 persons per shared room.
- We offer full board meals, from lunch on the first day of the itinerary until breakfast on the last day of the itinerary.
